In September of 2020 infection rates for COVID-19 were out of control amongst African Americans and Hispanics. After full days of mask wearing and distancing as essential workers on the front lines, many were letting their guards down after hours.
In the face of PSA-fatigue we needed a more provocative approach. Enter “The Rona” - AKA “EL COVID”.
